Punxsutawney Phil Wanted for Fraud

So here in New Hampshire it's been snowing pretty much for the last 3 weeks. I'm running out of places to put the snow in my driveway as are all the Cities and towns in my home State. So one of our states towns (Merrimack) Police Department decided to lighten the snowy depression that has cast it's ugly shadow not only on my state but all of New England, by issuing an arrest warrant for Punxsutawney Phil as a joke to lighten the mood, and it kind of took on a life of its own. The three articles are about how this joke has flurrished. For those who don't know about Punxsutawney Phil, he is a groundhog and every year on February 2nd he is watched to see if he see's his shadow. If he does it means there will be six more weeks of winter and he goes back into his hole to hibernate some more.
